Growing up in Santa Cruz, California, I always appreciated living in a place people love to visit. Moving to the Wood River Valley, I can still say the same. After playing baseball at the University of Utah and spending time in places like Lake Tahoe and Colorado, my wife and I wanted a more immersive, outdoor lifestyle for our family. My wife grew up coming to this area and it has always had a special place in her heart.  When remote work became more common, we jumped at the chance to move here in 2021, and haven’t looked back. Our family loves everything the area offers—from skiing and hiking to the outdoor-focused schools for our kids. It’s been the perfect place to call home.
